250 grams Butter
½ cup cocoa
1 cups Sweetnz premium or classic blend
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Sweetnz Icing (not) Sugar to dust
Heat oven to 180˚C
Line a 18cm x28 cm tin with baking paper.
Melt butter in a saucepan (large enough to hold all ingredients).Add cocoa then remove from heat.
Stir in Sweetnz sweetener, add eggs and mix well, then add vanilla essence.
Sift in flour and baking powder and mix to combine.
Pour into prepared tin and bake for 25- 30 mins until brownie springs back when touched lightly.
Dust with Sweetnz Icing (not) Sugar
